Bar stools and high stools, and when you need which
A bar stool is not a chair with longer legs. It exists because the table is tall, and the two have to match or nobody sits down. Our stools come in two working heights: the standard bar stool from RM33, which pairs with a cocktail table, and the taller counter bar stool with cushion from RM55, for high counters and exhibition booths.
If you are ordering stools with tables, tell us the table height and we will match them. That one sentence prevents the most common problem we see, which is stools arriving that are right for a different table.
The range
Bar stools come in black or white, both from RM33. There is a square cushioned version at the same price, worth taking if guests will be sitting for an hour or more rather than perching between conversations. For lounge corners rather than bars, cube stools start from RM44 and rectangular bench-style stools from RM88.

How many to order
Stools are standing-height seating, so you do not need one per guest. A cocktail table holds four to six standing guests comfortably, and two or three stools per table is usually right. People rotate between standing and sitting, which is the point of a cocktail setup.
For an exhibition booth, count the people working the booth rather than the visitors. Two stools behind a counter is the normal order.
Where they get used
Cocktail receptions and standing dinners are the most common. After that it is exhibition and roadshow booths, where a high counter needs someone sitting at working height, and product launches where a bar is set up along one wall. Pair them with cocktail tables, and with a lounge set if you want somewhere for people to settle.

Yes. Black and white are the same price, and mixing is common for branded events where the colours are chosen to match a backdrop.
