Payment follows our standard terms: small and medium bookings are settled in full before the event, while big or sizable events are confirmed with a 50 percent deposit and the balance once the booking is completed. We confirm which applies when you enquire.

• Event date and time. This also tells us whether your date falls in Chinese New Year or the wedding season, our two busiest windows.
• Venue and room type. Indoor ballroom, outdoor lawn under a canopy, or a showroom floor all change whether we recommend acoustic or amplified performance.
• How long you want the ensemble to play. A short welcome set during arrival and a full dinner-length performance are priced differently.
