How much space do I need to set up the inflatable castle?

Beyond the 300cm x 300cm footprint, leave at least 50cm of clearance on each side for the blower and for kids getting on and off safely. We'll also need a path from the parking or drop-off point to the setup spot.

Can it be used indoors and outdoors, and does the ground surface matter?

Both work. Grass, concrete, and hall flooring are all fine as long as the surface is flat. For outdoor setups on grass or a hard surface, we peg or weigh down the unit; a canopy alongside it helps if rain is likely.

Do you supply power, and is supervision required while it's in use?

The blower needs a standard 13A wall socket running continuously during use. An adult should supervise the children on the castle at all times. Our crew handles delivery and setup, not ongoing supervision during your event.

How far in advance should I book?

Book at least 1 to 2 weeks ahead where possible, earlier for weekends and school holidays when demand is higher.
