Working out what to book

For a sit-down dinner, count one chair per guest and then divide by the number of guests you want on each round table. Ours are normally laid for about 10 guests, so 300 confirmed guests is roughly 30 tables, 300 chairs and a handful of spares stacked at the back.

Mixing chair types is normal and it is the easiest place to save money. Plenty of clients put banquet chairs in the main dining area and plastic chairs in the overflow, the holding area or the crew zone. Most furniture goes out on the same truck as the canopy, so one crew handles the structure, the tables and the seating on the same run. Furniture rental FAQs

Is there a minimum order for furniture rental?

We do not publish a fixed minimum. Transport and labour are calculated into every rental, so a very small order still carries a delivery cost and it is often worth adding a few items rather than making a second trip later. Send your list, your date and your venue on WhatsApp and ask us what makes sense for the job.

Do you deliver, set up and collect the furniture?

Yes. We deliver, arrange and collect across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang and Johor. Transport and labour are calculated in every rental rather than hidden, and for big builds we often install the day before, the same way we do with canopies. Tell us the venue, the access route and your start time so the crew can plan around it.

How far ahead should I book chairs and tables?

Confirm about two weeks before the event so both sides have time to arrange stock and transport. For events over 1,000 guests, confirm at least a month ahead. Wedding season and the year-end run fill up first. If your date is closer than that, call us and we will check what is still free before you commit.

What colours do chair covers and table cloths come in?

Chair covers are usually white, beige or purple, with a ribbon in a contrasting colour over the top. Table cloths and skirting come in a longer list: gold, grey, black, white, cream, yellow, maroon, red, magenta pink, orange, sky blue, royal blue, ocean blue, apple green, dark green and light purple. If the colour you want is not on that list, ask us and we may be able to source it.

What happens if something is damaged or goes missing?

Count the items with the crew on delivery and again on collection, and tell us on the spot if anything is short or broken. Do I have to rent a canopy to rent furniture?

No. Chairs, tables, linen and sofas go out on their own to indoor halls, clubhouses, offices and school compounds every week. Most orders happen to travel with a canopy simply because the same crew is already heading that way, and putting both on one trip keeps the transport cost down.
