Most of the sound requests we get aren't for a concert rig. They're for a wedding dinner where the emcee needs to be heard at the back table, a corporate briefing where the projector audio has to reach forty people, or a community hall function where the mic keeps cutting out on the house system. Our standard PA sound system set is built for that middle ground: loud and clear enough for a hall or an open tent, without the overkill (or the price) of a festival stage rig.

We supply the system and one sound operator for the day, so you're not troubleshooting cables or feedback mid-event. The operator handles setup, mic levels and teardown, and stays on site so the sound stays steady from the first speech to the last toast.

From RM650 per day. Delivery, setup and teardown are quoted on top based on your venue and location, so the final number depends on where and how big the event is.

Smaller Event? There's A Portable Option Too

Not every event needs a full rig. For a small ceremony, a briefing room, a community gathering or a short prize-giving session, we also rent out a 15" portable speaker with built-in Bluetooth, USB and SD card playback, supporting MP3 and WMA files. It comes with 2 wireless microphones, so a host and a co-host (or a speaker and a Q&A mic) can both go hands-free without extra rental. WhatsApp us your event size and setting and we'll tell you honestly whether the portable unit is enough or whether you need the full system.

One Supplier For The Whole Setup

Sound rarely shows up alone. Most of our PA rental bookings come attached to a canopy, a stage or a seating package we're already delivering to the same venue. Booking the sound together with the stage and the canopy means one delivery truck, one setup crew, and one point of contact if something needs adjusting on the day, instead of coordinating three separate vendors on your event morning.

How much does PA sound system rental cost in Malaysia?

Our standard PA sound system set with an on-site operator starts from RM650 per day. Larger rooms step up to four or six top speakers, from RM950 and RM1,250.

A live band needs a different setup. Musicians have to hear themselves, so the band package adds stage monitors facing back at the performers on top of the speakers facing the audience, from RM750 per day. Booking a standard PA for a live band is the most common mistake we see, and it is usually discovered at soundcheck.

Transport, setup and teardown are quoted separately once we know your venue and location, since access and distance affect the cost.

Does the rental come with someone to operate it?

Yes. The standard PA package includes one sound operator on site for the day, handling setup, mic levels and teardown so you don't need your own AV person.

Can the PA system be used outdoors?

Yes, the standard set is suitable for both indoor halls and outdoor or tented setups. If your event is outdoors, let us know at the time of booking so we can plan power and weather cover for the equipment.

Can we book the PA system together with a canopy or stage?

Yes, and it's how most of our sound rentals actually go out. Tell us your canopy, stage and sound needs together on WhatsApp and we'll quote and deliver them as one setup.

What's the difference between the standard system and the portable speaker?

The standard PA system set is for weddings, dinners and events with a full programme of speeches, performances or music. The 15" portable speaker with 2 wireless microphones is a lighter option for small ceremonies, briefings and community events where you need clear voice coverage without a full rig.
