When you need your own booth, and when the organiser gives you one

At a large trade exhibition the organiser often sells you a plot with a shell scheme already standing on it: white walls, a name board, a light and a socket, put up by their appointed contractor. If that is what you have booked, you may not need a second stand. Check your exhibitor manual before you pay for one.

A booth set like ours is for events where no stand is provided: a space-only plot, where exhibitors bring their own, or a roadshow, where you get the floor space and little else.

Each package brings the stand in one rental: backdrop printing, a round table set, a reception table and a bunting stand. The two larger builds add a TV, sound, a standing screen and ceiling lights. Transport and setup are quoted separately, based on your venue and location.

Check the venue's rules first

Malls and exhibition halls set their own rules for booths. Before you book, ask the organiser or mall management four things:

• the build-up and tear-down times, and whether work is allowed overnight
• whether power is supplied at your plot, and how much load it takes
• any height limit on the backdrop
• whether the setup crew needs a contractor pass or a loading bay booking

Send their answers, or the exhibitor manual, with your quote request. The 13ft x 10ft and 16ft x 13ft builds include a TV and a speaker, so the power question matters most for those two.

Booth or canopy?

A booth is a display stand people walk up to. An exhibition canopy is a tent structure people stand under, sized for a group and often used outdoors or on open exhibition grounds. If your plot is outdoors and needs cover from sun and rain, look at the canopy, and ask for both on one quote if you need the branding too.

Build it out from one supplier

The packages cover the stand. If you need more, these go on the same quote:

Frequently Asked Questions

What comes in each booth package?

The 10ft x 10ft package includes backdrop printing, a round table set, a reception table and a bunting stand, from RM1,600 for three days. The 13ft x 10ft build adds a smart LED TV display and a standing speaker, from RM2,000. The 16ft x 13ft build adds ceiling lights and a standing LED screen display on top of that, from RM2,500.

Is a 10ft x 10ft booth the same as a 3m x 3m booth?

Nearly. Ten feet is 3.05 metres, so a 10ft x 10ft build is about 5cm wider and deeper than a 3m x 3m plot. If your plot is sold in metres, send the plot size or floor plan with your quote request.

Is backdrop printing included?

Yes, every package includes it. Ask us for the artwork file format, print size and deadline before you book.

How long is the rental?

The 10ft x 10ft package is quoted for three days. For the 13ft x 10ft and 16ft x 13ft builds, or for a longer event, ask for the rental period in your quote request.

What should I send with my quote request?

The venue and your plot number, the event and build-up dates, the plot size or floor plan, the package you want, and the organiser's rules on power and build hours.

How does payment work?

Small and medium rentals are settled in full before setup. Big and sizable events confirm with a 50 percent deposit and pay the balance once setup is completed. We confirm which applies with your quote.
