Marquee Tent Prices

A clear span aluminium frame with no poles inside, walls that clip on and a flat floor once you add a platform. Bays are 5M deep and the length grows in steps. Side height 12ft, centre height 14–15ft. Widths available: 10m, 15m, 20m, 25m, 30m.

Transparent Marquee Prices

The same frame with a clear roof, usually taken with fairy lights, a pole liner and side walls. Transparent marquee and Arabian transparent options are listed below.

A clear roof is a night time choice. Booked for a daytime event it needs cooling and, in most cases, side walls from the accessories table. See the transparent canopy page for photos of past builds.

Galaxy Dome Tent Prices

Every dome price below already includes the raised platform and the air conditioning, which is why the figures sit in a different bracket from a canopy. Diameter is the number quoted, so a 20M dome gives about 314 square metres of clear floor with nothing standing in the middle of it.

Domes are multi day builds with a structural check on site, so treat the figure as a project price rather than a day rate. More on the galaxy dome tent page.

Modular and Double Decker Tent Prices

Modular tents bolt together from repeated bays, which makes them the choice for exhibitions, long running site accommodation and anything that needs a second floor. Double decker units are quoted as full builds with engineering sign-off, never as a day rate.

Canopy Prices, Arabian and Pyramid

Canopies are the workhorse of the fleet. They go up in about an hour, they need no floor, and they carry most jobs under 60 guests. Side height 8ft, and sizes are quoted in feet because that is how the frames are built.

Walls, Liners, Gable Ends and Scallops

Bare frames photograph badly and leak wind. Liners hide the roof structure, gable ends close off the short faces of a marquee, side walls keep out rain blowing in sideways, and scallops are the decorative valance along the eaves. Liners scale with the marquee, from RM330 at 6M x 5M to RM1,000 at 20M x 5M and RM2,000 at 40M x 5M.

Side walls are what turn a canopy into an air conditioned canopy. Without them the cold air walks straight out and you are paying to cool the car park.

Platforms, Staging and Flooring Prices

Grass, gravel and sloping ground all need a platform. The platform system is a levelled deck with carpet already laid on it, sized to match the marquee above. On flat concrete you can skip it and lay carpet or grass carpet direct.

Cooling and Air Conditioning Prices

This is where most outdoor events in Malaysia are won or lost. Fans move air and cost little. Mist fans drop the felt temperature outdoors but add humidity, so keep them at the open edges. Real air conditioning only works in a tent with side walls fitted and the doors kept shut.

Power Distribution Prices

Cooling, lighting and catering all land on the same supply. A sub switch board comes with 30 metres of cable, which is usually enough to reach a building riser or a generator parked outside the perimeter. Cable ramps keep runs off the walkways so guests do not trip on them.

A 10HP unit will not run off a house socket. Plan a 63A board, and a generator if the venue has no spare capacity to give you. Tell us the venue on contact us and we will check the supply during the site survey.

Lighting Prices

Fairy lights are priced to match the marquee they hang in, so the quote scales with the run rather than by the metre. Chandeliers suit a lined marquee ceiling. Spot lights are for the stage, the backdrop and the buffet, where guests actually need to see.

Chair and Seating Prices

Rates are per piece, per rental. Mixing chair types is normal and it is the easiest place to save money: banquet chairs in the main dining area, plastic chairs in the overflow and the crew zone.

Table Prices

Rates are per piece, per rental. Our round tables are normally laid for about 10 guests, so 300 confirmed guests is roughly 30 tables plus a couple of spares.

Linen and Finishing Prices

A table cloth covers the top and hangs over the edge. Skirting is the pleated panel that closes off the front of the table so nobody sees the legs, the stock boxes or the cables underneath. Registration counters, buffet lines and exhibition tables nearly always want skirting.

Colours run from white, cream and gold through to maroon, royal blue and dark green. The banquet table page lists the full range, and the furniture rental page shows how it looks set up.

Sofa and Lounge Furniture Prices

Lounge sets are what turn a corner of the tent into a VIP area or a photo spot. Rates are per piece, per rental.

Pair a lounge set with a coffee table and a grass carpet underneath. The whole range sits on furniture rental.

Event Equipment & Entertainment Pricing

Photo booths, party attractions, sound, projection and display screens, rented on their own or added to any canopy setup. Every figure below is a starting price.
