Choosing between the three stall types

The white canvas stall is the workhorse. It photographs cleanly, matches white canopies and suits corporate family days, school fairs and kenduri food lines. Each unit comes with its own serving table, so vendors can start loading in as soon as the stall is up.

The white stall with scallop trim adds a dressed edge along the roof line. It is the usual pick for weddings, launches and openings where the food street sits in view of the main area. The coloured fabric roof is the carnival option. A row of them turns a plain car park into a fun fair.

Planning a food street

Allow one stall per vendor, then add one or two spares for sponsors or a drinks station. Leave walking room between facing rows so queues do not block the walkway. If guests will eat on site, pair the stalls with canopies and tables, and see our canopy rental range for the seating area.

How many stalls do I need for my event?

One per food vendor is the working rule, plus a spare or two for a drinks station or a sponsor booth. Share your vendor list and we will confirm the count.

Can I mix white and coloured stalls at one event?

Yes. Plenty of clients run white stalls for the main food line and coloured roofs for games and dessert booths. Mixing does not change the per unit price.

Do the stalls come with lighting or power?

Lighting and power are not part of the stall itself. Tell us what each vendor is running and we will include distribution and lighting in the quote.
