What a bench rental includes

You get the benches, delivered to the venue, set out where you want them, and collected after the event. Our crew handles the carrying and the placing. You do not need to arrange a lorry or find people to shift furniture on the day.

Benches are quoted per bench, not per seat. A quote covers the benches themselves; delivery, transport and labour are worked out from the venue address, the access to it and the dates. A ground-floor school hall with a loading bay and a hotel lawn reached through a service lift are not the same job, so we price the job in front of us rather than an average job.

If you are laying long tables, tell us the table count when you ask. Benches and banquet tables get delivered on the same run, and it is easier to get the numbers right in one conversation than to add a second delivery later.

Where benches work

Benches suit seating that runs in lines rather than around circles. Garden weddings with long trestle tables down a lawn. Food-street and bazaar layouts where guests sit, eat and move on. School fields and community events where a bench seats several people in the space one chair would take to set out.

They also work as informal seating with no table at all: along the edge of a marquee, beside a stage, at the side of a futsal court or a company sports day. Wooden benches sit better on grass and paving than a stacking chair does, and there is less of them to blow over on an open field.

Where benches are the wrong call: formal banquet dinners with assigned seats, ballroom events, and anything where guests will be seated for two hours or more. For those, banquet chairs or Tiffany chairs around round tables are the usual answer. Ask us and we will say so rather than sell you the bench.

Bench, or chairs?

Read the prices below carefully, because the units differ. A bench is priced per bench and seats several people. A chair is priced per chair and seats one. So a bench line and a chair line are not comparable on the from price alone. Work out the headcount first, then ask us for both numbers on the same quote.

How long is one bench and how many people does it seat?

We confirm the length and the seats per bench with your quote, against the stock going out on your dates. We would rather give you the figure for the benches you will actually receive than publish one that does not match what arrives on the lorry.

Do you deliver and set up, or is it self-collect?

We deliver, set out and collect. That is included in how the job is quoted. Delivery and labour are priced from the venue address and the access, so send us the location when you ask.

Can benches be used outdoors on grass?

Yes. Lawns, school fields and open compounds are normal for us. Tell us if the ground is soft or sloping and we will factor it into the setup. If rain is a concern, pair the seating with a canopy on the same quote.

How far ahead should I book?

Two weeks ahead is comfortable. Festive weekends, school holidays and the wedding season go earlier, so ask sooner if your date falls in one. A same-day quote costs you nothing and holds the number for the dates on it.

Which areas do you cover?

Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang and Johor. Delivery and setup are quoted once we know the venue.

How does payment work?

Small and medium rentals are settled in full before setup. Big and sizable events confirm with a 50 percent deposit and pay the balance once setup is completed. We confirm which applies with your quote.
